Who we are

Pasted India is run by Pasted, a dental marketing and education company. This site, pastedmasterclass.com, is where dentists and dental professionals sign up for our free webinars, the masterclass and members-only events. If you have a question about anything on this page, email info@getpasted.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the sign-up form we ask for your name, email address, WhatsApp number (with country code), city, your role and practice, which events you are interested in, and the city you would prefer to attend in. You also tick a box telling us whether we may contact you about PASTED India by email and WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment details. There is nothing to pay.

How we use it

  • To send you your welcome email and a WhatsApp message with the joining details.
  • To send you the webinar schedule, event invitations and news about PASTED India, if you have ticked the consent box.
  • To let our team know you have signed up, so we can help you get into the community and answer questions.
  • To understand which events and cities people want, so we plan the right ones.

We only message you about PASTED India. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it is stored

Your details are held in the tools we use to run the community, each under its own security and privacy terms:

  • Monday.com, our system of record for sign-ups.
  • Flodesk, which sends our emails and holds your email preferences.
  • Our email and WhatsApp notification service, which sends the welcome message and alerts our team.
  • Skool, which hosts the community itself. Joining Skool is a separate account you create with them, under their own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, plus Vercel's privacy-friendly page analytics. These tell us how people find the site, which pages they read and whether they sign up, and they let us measure the ads that bring people here. They set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear these in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Meta explains its ad settings at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Advertising

We advertise PASTED India on Meta and Google. To measure those campaigns we share limited, hashed sign-up data (such as an email address) with those platforms so they can match it to the ad you saw. This is used for reporting and to improve who sees our ads. It is never used to identify you to other advertisers, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are part of the PASTED India community or want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove you from our mailing lists straight away and from our sign-up records within 30 days, except where we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
  • Stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us.
  • See, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@getpasted.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for dental professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the community.
